Birth Control

Many birth control options are available, from a once-a-day pill to an IUD (intrauterine device). Piedmont Women’s Center does not provide birth control or prescriptions for birth control. However, our staff would be happy to discuss birth control options with you. Contact us to speak with a nurse or to schedule a free consultation.

Piedmont Women’s Center endorses abstinence for unmarried individuals as the best method for preventing unintended pregnancy. Abstinence is also the only sure means of protecting against STDs.17
