Founded in 1991, Piedmont Women's Center provides a variety of free services and programs to meet client needs.
Our Free and Confidential Services Include:
- Free pregnancy tests with immediate results and confidential counseling
- A safe and secure place to talk about your feelings and explore all your alternatives
- Limited OB Ultrasounds through your first trimester
- Information about pregnancy, abortion, fetal development and parenting
- Referrals for medical and legal aid and information
- Information and counseling about sexually transmitted diseases
- Abortion recovery assistance for men and women who are survivors of abortion
- Assistance with physical supplies for you and your child if you choose the option of parenting
